• Step 1- Select your Package on the website and then select billing and choose which package you would like.

1. Consent Form and applications – Depending on the package you sign up; you would be asked to Electronically sign and confirm your approval to the application.
2. Proceed with the payment link and once that is complete you will be guided to a Calendar Page to book

your first session with your Reverse Recruiter.

• Step 2 – Initial Consultation: You would have your first session with your assigned Reverse Recruiter who would determine your interests, career aspirations and preferences and the best route to achieve these goals.  
• Step 3- CV Rewrite & Application: Your reverse recruiter rewrites your CV, creates a target list of companies and sends you, once we have your approval, she would then proceed to send your applications to various companies to initiate networking meetings and job applications. 
• Step 4- Progress Weekly Reports/Calls – You shall receive weekly progress reports / updates to your e-mail and would be scheduled for a weekly progress call with your reverse recruiter to discuss and update you on your job search process.

Step 5- Interview Preparation & Job Offer

Besides your weekly progress calls you could reach out to your reverse recruiter for an Online or in person meeting at    any time during the project period should you require any assistance during weekdays Monday- Friday.
